Mother's and her daughter's perseverance being a hope to young entrepreneurs. Birgul Acar and her daughter Nilgun Toktas were cooking patty, pasty, noodle, milky bread, pickle, wrap and jams to their neighbors until they take credit and set up their own business. The business which is named 'Anali Kizli' cooks all their products in Maksan MKF-10 Convection Oven in their kitchen. They succeed to sell their products to school canteens, malls and even five-star hotels within seven months. Employment provided to non-working women in the neighborhood.
